I tripled the focaccia mix.
I’m making one for me, one for my dad and one for Dario.
Everything went well until I had to divide it into three: my scales decided not to display it.
I got there eventually, but incorporated more flour than I’d like.
One went in the freezer…. Dad’s cos I haven’t got the ingredients.
One went in the fridge…. Bit frightening cos it’s huge already.
And I’ve got one in now (the one you see in the photos above).
