Lentil Soup

Beautiful lentil soup. Lentils, garlic, cumin, carrot. Onion. Salt n pepper. Chilli.Turmeric. Potato. Olive oil. Boil, take the water out (keep it!) put some chunks of vegetables to the side. Blend the mix in the pan, add the water back in, blending it. Season. Delicious.
